Procimmo Swiss Commercial Fund II acquires property in Hägglingen

Niederer Kraft Frey advised Procimmo Swiss Commercial Fund II on the acquisition of a commercial property with development potential in Hägglingen, Aargau, Switzerland.

The site consists of several halls and is used as a commercial and industrial property. It is located in the centre of Hägglingen in the “Sonnenhalde” area. The location is considered to be well-developed, and access to the A1 motorway is only a few minutes away. The purchase of the property is part of a sale and leaseback transaction and includes a triple net lease agreement.
