Sienna Private Equity (SPE), a value-oriented mid-market European private equity fund, closed an investment in TEC Group alongside its founder and CEO, Arnaud Faivre, to accelerate TEC Group’s development.
TEC Group is a recognized supplier to the Swiss luxury watchmaking industry, manufacturing critical components for mechanical watch movements and partnering with major luxury watch brands.
The transaction closed on 17 October 2025, together with the acquisition of AMC Technologies, a leading supplier of precision tools.
Founded in 2008, TEC Group has built a strong reputation for craftsmanship, unique expertise, and industrial capabilities. TEC Group is a trusted partner for watchmakers across Switzerland, offering a comprehensive suite of solutions including component manufacturing, precision turning, design and production of movements, decoration, tooling and machines. With approximately 200 highly skilled professionals, TEC Group combines technical know-how, operational excellence and long-standing relationships with blue-chip clients.
With SPE’s support, TEC Group intends to accelerate its growth trajectory – both organically and through strategic acquisitions – to offer an always broader range of services to its clients.
