UBS Switzerland AG, Credit Suisse (Switzerland) Ltd. and Zürcher Kantonalbank arrange refinancing of Arbonia

Niederer Kraft Frey advised UBS Switzerland AG, acting as coordinator and arranger, and Credit Suisse (Switzerland) Ltd. and Zürcher Kantonalbank, acting as arrangers, on the refinancing of Arbonia AG’s existing syndicated CHF 350 million credit facility with a CHF 250 million syndicated credit facility. Arbonia AG is a SIX Swiss Exchange listed construction component supplier with offices and distribution companies in more than 70 countries worldwide, a total workforce of 8,300 employees and revenues in excess of CHF 1.4 billion per annum.
