NKF bolsters its Technology and Tax practices with two Lateral Hires and welcomes Clara-Ann Gordon and Christina Rinne
Niederer Kraft Frey is pleased to announce the expansion of its Technology and Tax practices through the additions of Clara-Ann Gordon and Christina Rinne, effective 1 September 2016. Clara-Ann and Christina were previously partners at Pestalozzi in Zurich.
Clara-Ann Gordon will join NKF as a partner. Her areas of expertise include IT, telecommunications and media law with extensive experience in advising and representing clients in IT and outsourcing transactions as well as before state and arbitration courts. Clara-Ann also has a breadth of experience in data protection, internal investigations/e-discovery, internet and telecommunications matters. She is recognized by Chambers and other legal directories as a leading TMT lawyer. Clara-Ann will work closely with András Gurovits, the head of NKF’s Technology practice who himself is widely regarded as one of Switzerland’s top TMT lawyers.
Christina Rinne will join NKF as a counsel. Christina is a tax specialist with over 18 years of experience advising internationally active enterprises and other sophisticated clients in connection with Swiss and European VAT, Customs and Excise Duty as well as Foreign Trade matters. Before joining her previous law firm, she qualified as a lawyer and tax specialist in Germany and headed the indirect tax practice of a “Big four” accounting firm in Zurich. She is highly recommended by Chambers and other legal directories and will be part of the 12 member NKF tax team headed by Thomas Graf.
