NKF partner Marco Häusermann appointed as officer of the IBA’s Banking Law Committee

We are delighted to announce that Niederer Kraft Frey partner Marco Häusermann has been appointed as officer of the Banking Law Committee of the International Bar Association (IBA).

The IBA – the global voice of the legal profession – is the foremost organisation for international legal practitioners, bar associations and law societies.

The IBA Banking Law Committee provides a worldwide forum for banking lawyers and other legal professionals within the banking community to address all sorts of practical and legal issues arising in commercial and regulatory activities in this context. It organises one of the IBA’s most popular and well established events, the International Financial Law Conference, every year since 1984.
