Yannik Bleiker is part of NKF’s Corporate Commercial/M&A team. He completed his Bachelor’s and Master’s studies of Law at the University of Zurich. He wrote his master’s thesis on the topic of Shareholder Activism in Switzerland. During his studies, Yannik worked in the insurance sector and on his own entrepreneurial projects.
