Storskogen acquires LEP AG, a leading digital healthcare documentation provider

Niederer Kraft Frey advised Storskogen on the acquisition of LEP AG.

LEP is a leader in German-speaking countries in classification systems and solutions for the structured documentation and analysis of healthcare services.

Founded in 2000, LEP is now the standard for electronic patient documentation in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. LEP’s software-independent solution is integrated into third-party applications used by over 1,250 healthcare organisations and enables efficient documentation and analysis directly at the point of care.
