Owners of EMWE Holding AG sell all shares to Mobimo Holding AG

Niederer Kraft Frey advised the shareholders of EMWE Holding AG regarding the sale of all shares in EMWE Holding AG to Mobimo Holding AG. EMWE Holding is a real estate company holding the fully owned subsidiary EMWE Immobilien AG that owns 5 residential properties in Zürich, Uster and Wädenswil (Canton of Zurich) as well as three construction projects in Zurich and Kloten. The transaction is structured as a “quasi-merger” as the purchase price is paid in newly issued listed shares of Mobimo as well as in cash.
