Fabiano Menghini is a partner of the Real Estate team at Niederer Kraft Frey. He advises on a wide range of real estate transactions including asset deals, share deals, sale-and-rent-back transactions, asset transfers, asset swaps, in-kind contributions and development projects. His expertise also encompasses other real estate-specific legal matters such as total contractor/general contractor agreements, EPC contracts, planning agreements, project development agreements, tenancy and lease law, environmental law, Lex Koller, Lex Weber and real estate financing. Beyond real estate, Fabiano advises on all areas of corporate law, including private M&A transactions.
