INVISION sells AK Group to mobilezone

Niederer Kraft Frey advised INVISION on the sale of its stake in AK Group AG (“AK Group”), including its subsidiaries SkySale Schweiz GmbH (operator of the e-commerce platform Apfelkiste.ch) and Marein AG, to listed Swiss telecommunications specialist mobilezone holding ag (“mobilezone”). The transaction values AK Group at an enterprise value of approximately CHF 180 million. Closing is expected by the end of June 2026.

AK Group is a Switzerland-based e-commerce and retail solutions provider, comprising the platform Apfelkiste.ch and Marein AG, a specialist in retail branding and sourcing. The group employs around 100 people and generated revenue of more than CHF 100 million in 2025, with EBITDA of approximately CHF 20 million.

INVISION is a leading mid-market private equity firm in the German-speaking region, focusing on succession solutions and growth capital investments in established companies.

mobilezone is Switzerland’s leading independent telecommunications specialist, listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange, with a strong presence across the country.
