Balgrist acquires Minerva Pharmacy and doubles its presence in Zurich

Niederer Kraft Frey advised Balgrist Apotheke AG (a subsidiary of Balgrist University Hospital) on the acquisition of the Minerva Pharmacy located in Zurich, Switzerland from Schaller Apotheken AG.
