Thomas Sprecher is recognised for his expertise in foundation law, association law and law of succession. He also has substantial experience advising in litigation, bankruptcy and restructuring law and on commercial issues. He regularly advises companies and institutional clients with regard to general corporate law issues, contracts as well as litigation. In his employment law practice, Thomas Sprecher advises employers and employees on all issues of private labour law. He has a notable media law practice.

Thomas Sprecher acts as counsel to national and international foundations, associations, and private clients. Due to his broad and deep experience, Thomas Sprecher was elected as editor of the Swiss Foundation Code. He has also served as chairman and member of several creditor’s committees. He regularly acts as counsel in national and international litigation cases. He is distinguished as a leading Restructuring and Insolvency Lawyer by PLC and other directories.
