Sale of historic Hotel De La Paix in Lugano

Niederer Kraft Frey advised the shareholder of Wonderhotels SA on the sale of all shares in Wonderhotels SA, including the historic Hotel De La Paix in Lugano, to ESMO, the European Society for Medical Oncology, an international non-profit organisation active in oncology and a key organiser of major scientific events in Lugano. Hotel De La Paix will continue to operate as usual, retaining all current employees, its identity, its market positioning, the quality of hospitality and traditional character, while modernizing its meeting room technology.
