Invision secures financing for acquisition of KADI AG

Niederer Kraft Frey acted as counsel to UBS Switzerland AG as mandated lead arranger, bookrunner, agent, security agent and original lender on the financing for the acquisition of a majority stake in KADI AG by Invision.

Invision is an investment company specializing in growth financing for mid-sized companies in Europe, particularly the DACH region. KADI AG is a Swiss manufacturer of premium refrigerated and frozen products, which are used in restaurants across Switzerland and distributed through Swiss retail.

The NKF team was led by Transactions partners Adrian Koller and Philip Spoerlé, working with associate Carlotta Ulmer and trainee Lia Kohler (both Transactions) and counsel Marc Vogelsang (Tax).
