Margrit Marti’s practice focuses on M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions. She has extensive experience working with life sciences and technology companies, investors and founders on complex cross-border M&A and financing transactions, IPOs and other capital markets transactions. In addition, she regularly advises on corporate and securities law and corporate governance matters.
