Sandja Kozina is part of the Transactions Team and focuses mainly on corporate/M&A matters, as well as general corporate and commercial law. She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in law from the University of Zurich. During her studies, she worked as a legal employee at a Swiss private bank and has several years of practical expertise in wealth management banking at a major Swiss bank.
