Acquisition of Holiday Inn Hotel in Zürich Oerlikon

Niederer Kraft Frey advised FLE GmbH on the acquisition of the Hotel “Holiday Inn” in Zürich-Oerlikon, which marks FLE’s entry into the Swiss market. The 164-room hotel is an established, long-let investment operated under the internationally recognised Holiday Inn brand, complementing FLE’s 20 years of activity in Germany and Austria and extending its presence across the DACH region. The acquisition marks a further milestone in FLE’s growth strategy.
