Affidea completes acquisition of Plastic Surgery Group after successful acquisition of Brust-Zentrum Zurich in April 2022

Niederer Kraft Frey advised Affidea on the acquisition of both Brust-Zentrum Zurich and Plastic Surgery Group (PSG).

Affidea has announced the acquisition of Plastic Surgery Group (PSG) in Zurich, a unique center for reconstructive breast surgery in Switzerland. In April 2022, Affidea already successfully completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Brust-Zentrum Zurich, Switzerland’s largest integrated breast care group with a leading market position in the Canton of Zurich. With the acquisition of PSG in addition to the acquisition of the Brust-Zentrum Zurich, Affidea continues to expand its largest holistic center of excellence in Switzerland for the prevention, treatment and follow-up of breast cancer. With this major step, Affidea can offer a unique medical service in Switzerland: Patients now have access to the full range of specialized breast medical treatment.
