Helvetia Schweizerische Versicherungsgesellschaft AG and Helvetia Holding AG secure CHF 300m syndicated revolving credit facility

Niederer Kraft Frey advised Deutsche Bank AG as coordinator and arranger, Deutsche Bank Luxembourg S.A. as agent and lender and further financial institutions as arrangers and lenders on a new CHF 300 million syndicated revolving credit facility for Helvetia Schweizerische Versicherungsgesellschaft AG and Helvetia Holding AG (SIX:HELN).
