Invision Private Equity strengthens Schneider Group’s shareholding circle

Niederer Kraft Frey advised Invision Private Equity on the amplification of the shareholding circle of the Schneider Group, one of the leading internationally focused Swiss transportation companies. The Schneider Group has sites in Switzerland, France, the Netherlands, Liechtenstein, Austria, the UK and the USA. Together with its global network of partners it plans and coordinates for its clients cross-border road, air and sea freight transports. The transaction was completed on 8 April 2019.
