L-GAM teams up with Peter Gschwend to support further development and growth of the Cotta Group

Niederer Kraft Frey advised L-GAM, a mid-market private equity investment firm, on its investment into Cotta Group, headquartered in Bendern (Liechtenstein), alongside Peter Gschwend.

Cotta is one of Europe’s leading manufacturer of made-to-order upholstered furniture and related products and is the only market player with a truly pan-European sales footprint.

L-GAM is a long-term oriented investment company, which was established in 2013 with the backing of the Liechtenstein Princely Family and several families from Europe, Asia and the USA. L-GAM focuses on partnering with small and medium sized companies across Europe.
