NKF advises maxon motor on the establishment of a joint venture

Niederer Kraft Frey advised maxon motor ag and its German subsidiary on the establishment of a joint venture with listed Straumann Holding AG. The joint venture concerns the development of ceramic components for dental implant systems that are produced by injection moulding instead of conventional cutting techniques.

Headquartered in Sachseln, Switzerland, maxon motor ag is a manufacturer of high precision motors, drives and systems. Straumann Holding AG is based in Basel, Switzerland, and is a global leader in implant, restorative and regenerative dentistry.
