SoftwareONE Holding AG launches IPO

Niederer Kraft Frey advised Credit Suisse, J.P. Morgan, UBS and other members of the bank syndicate in connection with the initial public offering of SoftwareONE Holding AG that launched today. The offering consists of 38,549,464 existing shares with an over-allotment option of up to 5,782,419 existing shares, offered by KKR, Peruni Holding, staff and other shareholders. The price range for the offered shares has been set at CHF 16.50 to CHF 21.00 per share, implying an offer size of approximately CHF 636.1 million to CHF 809.5 million for the base offering and a total market capitalisation of up to CHF 3.2 billion (based on the number of shares outstanding).
