Switzerland Innovation Park Zurich secures CHF 445m financing for further development

The peripheral area of the Innovation Park Zurich is already largely completed and in operation. For the new construction phase, the groundbreaking for the first new building took place in autumn 2025, with the opening planned for summer 2027. Construction of the next new building is expected to begin in summer 2026.
