The Matcha Club on its international expansion

Niederer Kraft Frey has advised The Matcha Club on its international expansion and the set-up of its local presence in Italy.

Founded in 2022 in Zurich by Chiara Dalla Mora and Alrik Bytyqi, who co-own the company with Armend Bytyqi, The Matcha Club is a premium matcha brand offering high-quality Japanese matcha, beverages and curated lifestyle products. Through its distinctive retail concept, the company combines authentic Japanese matcha with contemporary design and everyday accessibility.

The NKF team was led by Transactions partner Adrian Koller, working with associate Carlotta Ulmer and junior associate Nina Lötscher (both Transactions), as well as partner Thomas Hochstrasser (Commercial).
