ZKB acquires cosmofunding platform from Vontobel

Zürcher Kantonalbank (ZKB) has entered into an agreement with Vontobel to acquire the capital markets platform cosmofunding, the leading fully automated portal for the public and private debt capital market. With this strategic acquisition, ZKB strengthens its market leadership in Swiss bond transactions, significantly expands its position in private placements, and reinforces the digitalisation of its conventional offerings in this segment over the medium term. cosmofunding efficiently, transparently and fully automatically connects issuers with a broad range of financing partners.
