NKF continues growth of its Capital Markets, Corporate / M&A and Financing practices with appointment of Andrea Giger and Philip Spoerlé as new partners
Niederer Kraft Frey is very pleased to announce the appointment of Andrea Giger and Philip Spoerlé as partners, effective 1 January 2022.
Andrea Giger’s practice focuses on complex international and domestic public and private M&A transactions, capital markets and corporate finance transactions. Andrea also advises clients on general corporate law, securities law, corporate reorganisations and corporate governance. Andrea has been recognised several times as a Rising Star within her field of expertise by various independent legal directories, publications and awards, e.g. Expert Guides 2021 and 2020 and the Women in Business Law Europe Awards 2020. In her new role, Andrea will further strengthen NKF’s Capital Markets and Corporate / M&A practices.
Philip Spoerlé, who recently joined NKF from Baker McKenzie, is a corporate finance specialist with a focus on complex debt and equity-linked financing structures, capital markets transactions and international and domestic public and private M&A. He also advises on the issuance of financial instruments, private equity and venture capital investments and general corporate and commercial matters. Philip, as well, has been recognised as a Rising Star for Banking & Finance by the legal directory The Legal 500 and the legal publication Expert Guides. He will further reinforce NKF’s client offering within the Capital Markets and Financing practices.
