NKF launches technology-based alternative legal services provider The Lab by NKF

Niederer Kraft Frey is pleased to announce the launch of The Lab by NKF, a technology-based alternative legal service provider that combines innovative technologies with a wide range of legal knowledge and expertise. This combination provides the basis for various products benefitting the client, which are planned to be rolled out in consecutive phases. The Lab’s first product is a Third Party Due Diligence Report, which provides clients with the relevant information they need at the onboarding and ongoing monitoring stage to identify risks and make informed business decisions.

With the launch of The Lab by NKF, NKF is the first Swiss law firm to introduce such innovative alternative compliance product. This underlines NKF’s positioning as innovative leader with in the legal industry in Switzerland and further exemplifies NKF’s commitment to implement innovative LegalTech tools benefitting clients. The Lab by NKF partners with PROCOMP, headquartered in Savona, Italy. PROCOMP is the “all in one” integrated risk management & legal technologies platform designed and developed around people who need to implement or apply global risk and compliance systems.
